Companion & Bond

Every Axol you own can become your companion — a partner that grows stronger the more time you spend together. As your bond deepens, you’ll unlock perks that boost your earnings, improve your odds in minigames, and more.

Use /companion set to choose any creature you own as your companion. You can have one active companion at a time. Use /companion set to switch or /companion remove to clear your companion slot.

You also earn BXP passively by playing the game with your companion set — completing dives, heists, ventures, breeding eggs, and training all contribute BXP automatically.

Feed berries to any creature you own (not just your companion) to build bond. Each berry gives different BXP and has its own cooldown:

If you stop interacting with a creature, its BXP will slowly decay, but it will never lose a level.

  • You have 3 days after your last interaction (pet, play, feed, or any activity like dives/ventures) before you start to lose bond.
  • Rate: 8 BXP per day after the grace period ends.
  • Floor: BXP can’t drop below 0 within your current level. You’ll never wake up to find your bond level decreased.
  • Kindred is forever: Level 10 bonds don’t decay at all. Once you reach Kindred, it’s permanent.

If you’ve been away, your companion will send you a gentle DM reminder after 3 days of inactivity. You can disable these via DM preferences.

Each level unlocks a permanent benefit for that creature. Some perks only activate when the creature is your set companion.

At Bond 7+, your companion will occasionally trigger special events while you play:
