Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Axolkin Discord bot ("the Bot") or the axol.gg website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using Axolkin.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Axolkin. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

3. Description of Service

Axolkin is a free-to-play creature-collecting game operated as a Discord bot. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

4. User Accounts

Your Axolkin account is tied to your Discord account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage or circumvent bans is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, scripts, macros, or self-bots to interact with the Bot
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot's systems
• Harass, scam, or deceive other players through in-game features
• Sell, trade, or exchange virtual items for real money or items outside the game
• Impersonate Axolkin staff or other players
• Use Axolkin for any illegal purpose

6. Virtual Items & Currency

All in-game items, creatures, currency, and progress are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. You do not own virtual items — they are licensed to you as part of the game. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time for game balance or other reasons.

7. Server Administrators

Discord server administrators who add Axolkin to their server are responsible for ensuring the Bot is used appropriately within their community. We reserve the right to remove or restrict the Bot from any server at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Axolkin — including but not limited to artwork, text, game mechanics, and code — is owned by Axolkin and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Axolkin content without permission.

9. Enforcement & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Axolkin at any time, with or without cause or notice. Actions may include warnings, progress resets, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or removal of the Bot from a server. Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Axolkin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Axolkin, including loss of data or virtual items.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Axolkin and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding Axolkin, please contact us on our Discord server first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Axolkin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
